Forbes Recognizes Innova Solutions as One of “America’s Dream Employers”

ATLANTA – December 10, 2024 – Innova Solutions, a global leader in technology and talent solutions, has been named one of the best companies to work for in the US per Forbes’ recently-released list of “America’s Dream Employers.” Of the 500 companies debuting on this year’s list, Innova Solutions earned the highest ranking in the Professional Services category.

To develop the inaugural list, Forbes collaborated with market research firm Statista to survey over 10,000 college students and more than 140,000 US-based employees. Students identified their dream employers and rated their enthusiasm about receiving a job offer from those companies. They also evaluated employers on key factors such as growth opportunities, work quality, compensation, and reputation.

To form a balanced perspective, employee respondents were asked not only about their dream employers but also whether they would recommend their current or recent employers; data from the last three years of Forbes-Statista employee surveys was also incorporated in the survey.
