Innova Solutions Commemorates Earth Month with Impactful Green Initiatives & Community Donations

ATLANTA—April 16, 2025 – In celebration of Earth Month, Innova Solutions, a global leader in digital transformation, reinforced its commitment to environmental responsibility with a series of green initiatives and community donations across the United States and India.

As part of ongoing sustainability efforts, the Innova Foundation recently installed a second 10kVA solar panel system at The Earth Saviours Foundation‘s (TESF) shelter in Haryana, India. Established in 2008 by the late Shri Ravi Kalra, TESF provides essential services to vulnerable populations while promoting environmental stewardship. Today, nearly 1,300 elderly and disadvantaged individuals reside in its shelter homes in Bandhwari Village and Mandawar Village. In 2024, Innova donated the first of two solar panel systems to provide sustainable, clean energy for the shelter’s residents.

The Innova Foundation also expanded its support for renewable energy in 2025 by directing donations to two additional NGOs in the region:

• Seva Bharti Hospital – In March, the Foundation donated a 25kw solar plant to the Ishwar Chander Charitable Hospital in Hyderabad, which offers free medical camps and essential healthcare services to underserved communities.
• The Akshaya Patra Foundation – A 45kw solar system is currently being installed at a facility in Gambheeram, Andhra Pradesh, to power large-scale community meal services for those in need.

In addition to these sustainability efforts, Innova is bridging the digital divide through projects supported by the Earth Advocates Employee Resource Group.  Working with Foundation partners like Inspiredu, Leap to Shine, Women in Technology, and Trinity Community Ministries, Innova is donating refurbished devices—cleaned and preloaded with software—to facilitate digital learning, resume building, and job applications. This initiative, supported by its employees, underscores Innova’s ongoing commitment to both sustainability and community empowerment.

Rounding out its Earth Month initiatives, the company also announced significant progress toward carbon reduction targets by successfully transitioning 50% of its fleet in Hyderabad and Bangalore to electric vehicles—with plans to reach 100% by the end of 2025.
