In this role, Anil will lead the growth and execution of Innova’s Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Pega practices, with a focus on strengthening delivery rigor, scaling platform capabilities, and driving measurable outcomes for clients.

Anil brings more than 20 years of experience in enterprise platform delivery and digital transformation. He has led large, globally distributed teams and delivered complex CRM and automation programs for Fortune 1000 organizations across industries, helping clients modernize customer engagement and operational processes.
