Innova Solutions Names Rajan Gupta as Chief Competency Officer

Atlanta, GA – February 2, 2026 – Innova Solutions, a global technology and talent solutions provider, announced the appointment of Rajan Gupta as Chief Competency Officer. In this newly created role, Rajan will lead the various initiatives to deepen technology capabilities, domain expertise, and advance delivery maturity across the organization.

Rajan brings more than 30 years of experience in delivery leadership and organizational transformation across the U.S., Europe, APAC, and India. He previously spent over 25 years at Coforge, most recently serving as Senior Vice President and Global Delivery Head, where he led large, multi-vertical delivery organizations spanning travel and transportation, healthcare, automotive, manufacturing, media, and the public sector.

In his role as Chief Competency Officer, Rajan will be responsible for strengthening Innova’s technology depth and domain capabilities, advancing delivery excellence across its global delivery ecosystem, and leading the development of a next-generation learning and competency platform. He will also play a key role in investing in India-based talent and delivery centers to support the company’s continued growth.
