We addressed the client’s challenges with a comprehensive solution:
- Cloud-agnostic AI Chatbot: Implemented conversational flows on GCP and Azure, utilizing each platform’s development suite and created a Flask application as the middleware for the chatbots
- Chatbot functionalities included:
- Multilingual support for conversations
- Speech-to-text and text-to-speech
- Generative responses from LLM (OpenAI) grounded to the documents provided by the client
- Rendering rich responses like YouTube videos, cards, and quick replies/suggestions
