The client is a global pharmaceutical company focused on innovative treatments in human and animal health, specializing in respiratory, cardiovascular, metabolic, and oncology therapies.

Client Need

The client lacked a flexible engagement model with specific domain expertise and real-world data (RWD) handling capabilities. This hindered their real-world evidence (RWE) generation team which operated in silos across therapeutic areas and departments. They also sought to determine the value derived from a dataset for RWE generation.

Solution

We provided a tailored engagement model for rapid resource upscaling/ downscaling. We leveraged statistical analysis to enable various RWE studies (Oncology, Immunology, etc.) spread across protocol designing, cohort identification, market access, etc. Finally, the DART - Data Asset RoI Tracking Framework was implemented to help estimate the value of a dataset used for RWE generation.
