Lack of real-time visibility into device performance and remote management of devices prevented proactive maintenance and timely issue resolution
Managing a disparate array of IoT devices created a fragmented ecosystem & data silos which increased complexity and maintenance costs
Solution
We executed the following solution strategies:
Centralized Platform: Implemented a Microsoft Azure IoT Hub, providing the client with a secure and scalable platform enabling efficient data collection and control
Device Authentication: Enabled the secure registration of each device using its IPv4 address and assigned unique keys
Remote Device Management: Developed a web interface using MVC Core, providing the client with a user-friendly platform for remote monitoring and firmware upgrades
