Content changes in application needed a server restart to reflect the changes, which can be a heavy task in production

Solution
Proposed and implemented batch size, functionality from Hibernate to improve agent search functionality
Implemented a common solution using the Spring Config server, which allows applications to refresh the properties without a need to restart the server
